A simple, honest policy.

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• 7-day window. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed perfume.
• Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method (or as bank transfer for COD orders).
• Return shipping. The customer pays return shipping unless the error is ours (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), in which case we cover it.
• Not eligible. Opened or used bottles, testers, samples, and items damaged after delivery.
